School of Choice permit applications (for students who reside inside LVUSD and wish to attend another LVUSD school) are now available on the LVUSD website. Applications will be accepted online only.
Interdistrict permit applications (for students who wish to attend a school outside their home district) will be available after March 1, 2012.
All applications must be submitted electronically. Paper applications will not be accepted. To apply for a permit, or to obtain more information, please visit the LVUSD Permit Information page.
