Welcome to Yerba Buena Elementary School! مرحبا بكم في نبات او اعشاب اليربا بوينا مدرسة ابتداءيه! We are all committed to working together toward the success of all of the children at Yerba Buena Elementary School. ونحن جميعا ملتزمون بالعمل معا من اجل نجاح كل من نبات او اعشاب اليربا بوينا الاطفال في المدارس الابتداءيه.

Yerba Buena is a school that cares for its students, its relationship with parents and the camaraderie of the staff. نبات او اعشاب اليربا بوينا هو ان يهتم المدرسة لطلابها ، وعلاقتها مع الآباء والأمهات والمودة للموظفين. A strong standards-based program is in place and we strive to include all stakeholders in the decision making process. قوية على اساس معايير البرنامج في مكان ونحن نسعى جاهدين لتشمل جميع اصحاب المصلحه في عملية صنع القرار.

Every parent can help her/his child to succeed in school, too. ويمكن ان يساعد كل بلدها الأم / الطفل له ان ينجح في المدرسة أيضا. To do this: للقيام بذلك :
• Believe in your child. • نرى في طفلك. Have high, but realistic, expectations عاليه ، ولكنها واقعيه ، والتوقعات
• Establish a daily routine for homework, chores and meals • انشاء روتين يومي للقيام بالوظائف المنزلية ، والاعباء المنزلية وجبات الطعام
• Offer to help in the classroom • عرض للمساعدة في الفصول الدراسيه
• Model traits you want your child to have, such as self-discipline and a love of learning • السمات النموذجيه التي تريد ان يكون طفلك ، مثل الانضباط الذاتي والتعلم من حب
• Emphasize the value of hard work. • التأكيد على قيمة العمل الشاق. Don’t let your child blame teachers or bad luck for poor grades لا تدع طفلك القاء اللوم على المعلمين او لسوء الحظ السيئ الصفوف
• Monitor your child’s after-school activities • رصد طفلك انشطه ما بعد المدرسة
• Make time for reading, writing and family talks • اتاحة الوقت لقراءة وكتابة والاسرة المحادثات
• Be respectful when talking with or about teachers • ان يكون الاحترام عند التحدث مع او عن المعلمين
• Help your child imagine how education will help them “get ahead” in life • ساعد طفلك تخيل كيف التعليم من شأنه ان يساعدهم في "الحصول على المستقبل" في الحياة
• Foster individuality. • تعزيز الفردانيه. Respect your child’s ideas, even when they’re different from yours طفلك احترام افكار ، حتى وإن كانت مختلفة عن لك أنت

Some homework hints: بعض الواجبات المنزلية تلميحات :
• Assume that your children will have studying to do every night • نفترض أن أولادك سوف تدرس القيام كل ليلة
• Ask your children if they understand their homework. • اسأل اذا فهم الاطفال واجباتهم. If they do not, work a few examples together اذا لم تفعل ذلك ، بعض الامثله على العمل معا
• Ask your children to show you their homework after the teacher returns it, to learn where they’re having trouble and where they’re doing well. • اسأل لاظهار لكم الاطفال واجباتهم بعد عودة المعلمين ، لمعرفة أين يذهبون بعد ان المتاعب وحيث انهم جيدة. See if your children did the work correctly ترى ما اذا كان اطفالك لم تعمل بشكل صحيح
• Stay in touch with your children’s teachers. • البقاء على اتصال مع اطفالك المعلمين. Ask about their classes and what they are studying. اسأل عن الطبقات وعلى ما هي عليه الدراسه. Ask their teachers how you can support what they are studying (flash cards, spelling, etc.) معلميهم اسأل كيف يمكن دعم ما هي دراسة (فلاش بطاقات ، الاملاءيه ، الخ.)
• Remember, you and their teachers want the same thing – to help your children learn • تذكر أنك لا تريد ومدرسيهم الشيء نفسه -- لمساعدة اطفالك تعلم
• Don’t be afraid to get in touch with the teacher if you and your child don’t understand an assignment or if your child is having a great deal of trouble. • لا تخافوا للحصول على اتصال مع المدرس إذا كان لديك ولدى الأطفال لا يفهمون احالة او اذا كان طفلك هو وجود قدر كبير من الاضطراب. Almost all parents run into these problems, and teachers are glad to help تقريبا جميع الآباء الى تشغيل هذه المشاكل ، والمعلمين سعداء للمساعدة
• Don’t do your children’s work for them. • لا تتبعونها لعمل الاطفال بالنسبة لهم. Help them learn how to do it themselves مساعدتهم على تعلم كيفية القيام بذلك بأنفسهم
• Show your children that you think homework is important. • اظهار اطفالك ان كنت تعتقد ان من المهم المنزلية. If you are at work during homework time, ask to see their work when you get home. اذا كنت في العمل خلال الوقت المنزلية ، يطلب مقابلة عملهم عندما تحصل على الصفحه الاولى.
• Praise your children for doing well. • الثناء لاطفالك جيدة. Make praise a habit! تقديم الثناء عادة!
• Maintain a portfolio of “best pieces” • المحافظة على مجموعة من "افضل قطعة"
• Ask your school about tips or guides for helping your children develop good study habits • اسال مدرستك حول بعض النصائح أو أدلة لمساعدة اطفالك تطوير عادات الدراسه الجيدة
• Help older students organize their assignments by recording them on calendars or planners, along with due dates, dates turned in, etc. • مساعدة الطلاب الاكبر سنا في تنظيم المهام المسنده إليهم من قبل على تسجيل لها او المخططين والتقويمات ، جنبا الى جنب مع تواريخ استحقاقها ، ومواعيد تسليم ، الخ.

Reminders رسائل التذكير

ABSENCES الغياب
If your child is absent, you must call the office (818-889-0040) to report his/her absence on the day of the absence and/or follow up with an absence note to the teacher on the day your child returns to school. اذا كان طفلك غائب ، يجب ان ندعو المكتب (818-889-0040) لتقرير حالة غيابه وفي يوم غياب و / أو متابعة مع عدم وجود مذكرة الى يوم المعلم على طفلك العودة الى المدارس . Students are deemed truant (in violation of compulsory attendance law) if they have three or more unexcused absences and/or tardies (30 minutes or more in duration) within one school year ( Education Code Section 48260). وتعتبر المتغيب الطلاب (في انتهاك للقانون الحضور الالزامي) اذا كان لديهم ثلاثة او اكثر من تغيبهم بغير مبرر و / أو بطيئون (30 دقيقة او اكثر في المده) في غضون سنة الدراسيه الواحدة (قانون التعليم القسم 48260).

TARDIES بطيئون
It is very important that all students arrive to school on time. ومن المهم للغاية ان وصول جميع الطلاب الى المدرسة في الوقت المحدد. Please make sure if you drive your child to school, to drop him/her off no later than 8:04 AM If your child is walking, be sure they leave on time. يرجى التأكد اذا كنت تدفع طفلك الى المدرسة ، الى انخفاض له / لها من موعد لا يتجاوز الساعة 8:04 اذا كان طفلك المشي ، والتأكد من مغادرتهم في الوقت المحدد. A late student (after 8:05 AM) must come into the office to get a late pass. طالب متاخره (بعد الساعة 8:05) يجب أن يأتي إلى المكتب في وقت متأخر للحصول على تذاكر.

EARLY ARRIVALS اوائل الوافدين
Please remember your child may not come to school before 7:50 AM daily. يرجى تذكر طفلك قد لا يأتي الى المدرسة قبل الساعة 7:50 يوميا. Supervision begins at that time. ويبدأ الاشراف في ذلك الوقت.

LATE PICK UPS شكا من تأخر استلام
We are having a problem with some parents picking their children up late from school. ونحن على وجود مشكلة مع التقاط بعض الآباء ابناءهم من المدرسة حتى وقت متأخر. Be sure to pick up your child on time. ومن المؤكد ان لالتقاط طفلك في الوقت المناسب. You have the option of either signing your child(ren) up with the YMCA or the 28 Minute Club. لديك خيار إما التوقيع على طفلك (Ren) حتى مع جمعية الشبان المسيحيه او 28 دقيقة النادي.

EARLY PICK UPS اختيار شكا في وقت مبكر
If you will be signing your child out early one day, be sure to write a note to the teacher telling him/her what time to send your child to the office to meet you. اذا كنت سيتم التوقيع على طفلك بها فى وقت مبكر يوم واحد ، ومن المؤكد ان لكتابة مذكرة الى المعلم نقول له / لها اي وقت لارسال الطفل الى مكتب لمقابلتك.

PARKING LOT موقف السيارات
Parking in the parking lot is for the YB staff, district personnel and parent volunteers. وقوف السيارات في موقف للسيارات هو لعنصر الايتربيوم الموظفين ، وموظفي المقاطعات الام متطوعين. Please do not park next to the red curb as this is the emergency zone. الرجاء عدم بارك الاحمر القادم لكبح جماح هذه هي منطقة الطوارئ.

FORGOTTEN LUNCHES/HOMEWORK نسيت الغداء / الواجبات المنزلية
If your child leaves his/her lunch at home, you are welcome to bring it to the office. اذا كان طفلك يترك حالته طعام الغداء في البيت ، اهلا وسهلا بكم لتبرز الى المكتب. Please let your child know that he/she is always welcome to come to the office to pick up their lunch or call home for a lunch. اسمحوا طفلك نعلم ان له / لها هو دائما موضع ترحيب للحضور الى مكتب لالتقاط على الغداء أو الدعوة الى المنزل لتناول الغذاء. YOur child's homework is his/her responsibility. طفلك المنزلية هي حالته المسؤولية. Please do not bring forgotten homework to the office; the student should bring it to school the following day. الرجاء عدم نسيان تحقيق المنزلية الى المكتب ؛ الطالب وينبغي ان تبرز الى المدرسة في اليوم التالي.

MORNING LINES صباح خطوط
Students are requested to assemble on the blacktop playground (within the basketball area square in the center of the playground). يرجى من الطلاب الى التجمع على الاسفلت الملعب (كرة السلة ضمن مربع فى منطقة وسط الملعب). Classroom numbers are painted on the blacktop indicating where your child should be lined up. ارقام الفصول الدراسيه التي رسمها على الاسفلت مشيرا إلى حيث ينبغي ان يكون طفلك اصطف. Room numbers are from kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth and fifth, starting at the East side, closest to the YMCA Day Care, to West side, closest to the Great Wall of YB). غرفة الارقام بدءا من رياض الأطفال ، الاولى والثانية والثالثة والرابعة والخامسة ، بدءا من الجانب الشرقي ، فهو اقرب ما يكون الى جمعية الشبان المسيحيه والرعايه النهاريه ، وعلى الجانب الغربي ، والاقرب الى جدار كبير من عنصر الايتربيوم). Staff is on duty to assist you. هو واجب على الموظفين لمساعدتكم. After teachers pick up their students, parents are invited to begin moving towards the front entrance of the school. وبعد التقاط المدرسين الطلاب ، والآباء مدعوون لبدء التحرك نحو المدخل الامامي للمدرسة. Parents: please remember not to park in marked staff parking spaces. الآباء : يرجى تذكر ان لا تميز بارك الموظفين في أماكن وقوف السيارات.

TRAFFIC RULES قواعد المرور
To drop off and pick up students, parents are to enter the Oaks drive through and pull all the way up to the end of the parkway. واسقاط من تحصيل الطلاب ، والآباء للدخول الى حملة البلوط والجذب من خلال كل الطريق حتى نهاية للطريق سريع مشجر. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR in this area unattended at any time. لا تترك سيارتك في هذا المجال غير المشموله بالرعايه في اي وقت. For those parents who need to exit their car to open up their car trunks or to assist students in and out of cars, please continue out of the drop-off area and turn to the right of the drive-through into the parking lot to the right side of the MPR. لاولئك الآباء والأمهات على ضرورة الخروج من سيارتهما لفتح سيارتهما جذوع او لمساعدة الطلاب والخروج من السيارات ، يرجى مواصلة للخروج من منطقة الانزال وانتقل الى حق - من خلال السعي الى موقف للسيارات الى الجانب الايمن من MPR. This will assist us in keeping the FLOW of cars moving through the regular drop-off area. وهذا سوف يساعد في حفظ لنا من تدفق السيارات العاديه من خلال الانتقال الانزال المجال. Please be mindful of students crossing by the bridge and be alert at all times for the safety of our students! يرجى أن تضع في اعتبارها من الطلاب من قبل عبور الجسر واليقظه في كل الاوقات من اجل سلامة الطلاب! Of course, students and parents are encouraged to carpool and/or walk and bike to school. وبطبيعة الحال ، والطلاب والاباء وتشجع carpool و / أو المشي والدراجه الى المدرسة.

For immediate release: The Las Virgenes Unified School District is seeking applicants, who reside within the district’s attendance area, to serve on the District’s Curriculum Council. Three positions are available, each for a two-year term ending June 2010. من اجل الافراج الفوري عن : جامعة الدول العربية virgenes المدارس الموحدة وتسعى مقاطعة مقدمي الطلبات ، من الاقامة في اطار الدائرة حضور المجال ، للعمل في المناهج الدراسيه للمقاطعة المجلس. ثلاث وظائف متاحة ، كل منها لمدة سنتين تنتهي في حزيران / يونية 2010.

Applicants do not necessarily need to be teachers or former teachers. A college degree is not a necessity. مقدمي الطلبات لا يكون بالضروره المعلمين او المدرسين السابقين. شهادة جامعية ليست ضرورة. The Board of Education has approved a minimum day on this day. مجلس التعليم قد وافق في اليوم كحد ادنى في هذا اليوم. Students in Grades 1-5 will be dismissed at 12:15 PM There will be a shortened lunch at 11:15 - 11:30 for Grades 1-3 and 11:30 - 11:45 for Grades 4-5. طالبا في الصفوف 1-5 سيتم فصل فى الساعة 12:15 بعد الظهر سيكون هناك تقصير الغداء في 11:15 -- 11:30 للصفوف 1-3 و11:30 -- 11:45 للصفوف 4-5. As part of its outreach into the community, The Las Virgenes Unified School District will begin sponsoring bi-monthly Superintendent's Forums open to the community. وكجزء من التوعيه في المجتمع المحلي ، وجامعة الدول العربية virgenes المدارس الموحدة مقاطعة ستبدأ في رعايه نصف الشهريه للمدير المنتديات المفتوحه على المجتمع.

The sessions will be unstructured and will allow community members to raise issues and ask questions of District senior management. دورات ستكون غير منظمة وتسمح للمجتمع اعضاء لطرح القضايا وطرح اسءله من مقاطعة الادارة العليا. The meetings will be held at school sites to also afford community members the opportunity to visit their neighborhood schools and have a window into the community's outstanding school system. وستعقد الجلسات في المدرسة أيضا مواقع لتحمل أفراد المجتمع المحلي الفرصة لزيارة الاحياء والمدارس ويكون لها نافذة المجتمع المعلقه النظام المدرسي.
