Subscribe to YB's Calendar PDF Print E-mail
You can subscribe to this calendar remotely using a program such as Google Calendar, Mozilla Sunbird, Windates, or Apple iCal. You may also subscribe via RSS syndication, viewable from RSS readers (e.g., RssReader, Shrook) and some content providers (e.g., Yahoo!, MSN). By subscribing to the calendar, you will receive automatic updates when we make changes to our calendar. Links and directions are provided below.

Google Calendar:
To add YB's calendar to your Google Calendar, follow these steps:
  1. At the bottom of the calendar list on the left, click the Add down-arrow button and select Add by URL.
  2. Enter the address in iCalendar format in the space provided: http://lvusdcalendar.org/remote/ical.php/17/Yerba%20Buena%20Elem%20Events.ics
  3. Click Add.
Apple iCal:
To add YB's calendar to your Apple iCal calendar, follow these steps if you are using Safari:
  1. Click this link: http://lvusdcalendar.org/remote/ical.php/17/Yerba%20Buena%20Elem%20Events.ics
  2. When prompted, select a destination calendar or create a new one just for YB.
  3. Click OK.
If you are not using Safari, you may subscribe by using the URL this way:
  1. Open iCal.
  2. Choose Calendar > Subscribe.
  3. Enter the URL of YB's calendar: http://lvusdcalendar.org/remote/ical.php/17/Yerba%20Buena%20Elem%20Events.ics
  4. Select the "Refresh" checkbox so iCal will update your copy of YB's calendar when changes to it are published on the Internet.
  5. Click OK or Subscribe (the text on the button will vary depending on your operating system).
Microsoft Exchange:
To add YB's calendar to your Microsoft Outlook calendar, follow these steps:
  1. Click this link for YB's Internet Calendar Subscription: webcal://lvusdcalendar.org/remote/ical.php/17/Yerba%20Buena%20Elem%20Events.ics. You might be prompted to acknowledge that you are opening a hyperlink. Click Yes.
  2. At the prompt, Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click Yes. The Internet Calendar opens in side-by-side view in the Outlook Calendar and is added to the Navigation Pane in Calendar view under Other Calendars.
